What happens when the 90 days end?
You pick a plan or the account goes read-only. We don't auto-charge without a card on file, and your data stays exportable either way.
How is "per scheduled employee" counted?
At month end we count unique people who appeared on a published schedule. If someone is on the roster but wasn't scheduled that month, they don't count. Seasonal hires cost zero in their off-months.
Does this work with our payroll provider?
Exports come as CSV, Excel and PDF in the shape payroll tools expect, with rate types pre-calculated. Direct API integrations available on Enterprise.
Where is our data hosted?
In the EU, with no US sub-processors in the chain. GDPR handling is documented and included in the procurement pack.
Can we use it across multiple countries?
Yes. Full timezone support and three languages day one (English, French, Dutch). Per-site rules let each location run on its own pay logic.
We already use another scheduling tool — why switch?
