01How to request account or data deletion
To delete your account and associated data, send an email to contact@smarteaming.com with the subject line "Delete my account" from your registered email address. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
The same process applies whether you are requesting account deletion or data deletion; both are handled through this single procedure and this same page.
02What you must include in your request
You must send the email from the email address that you use in the Smarteaming app (the one associated with your account). This allows us to verify your identity and process your request securely.
We will delete your account and all associated data, including: profile information, team memberships, schedules, time entries, and any other personal or usage data we hold that is linked to your account.
We will process your deletion request and remove your account and associated data within 30 days of receiving a valid request from your registered email address.
No login is required to view this page. You do not need to download the app to request deletion; sending the email from your registered address is sufficient.
